Installation diagnostics
The in-app guide reports whether the loader was seen, an anonymous session started, a verified identity was detected and a test message arrived.
Common checks
- Confirm the exact origin including https and subdomain.
- Check browser CSP errors for script, frame or connect restrictions.
- Generate a fresh identity token for every identify call.
- Call shutdown before switching accounts.
