Let Claude, ChatGPT and other AI assistants work in your support inbox.

What it does

The Whazzup MCP server lets AI assistants – Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and others – work directly in your support inbox: read queues, answer customers, set status and assignment, search your knowledge base, draft help articles and news posts, and read support statistics. The server address is https://whazzup.io/mcp (also shown in Whazzup under Settings → MCP server).

How it works

  1. You add the server address in your assistant.
  2. You sign in with your Whazzup account and explicitly allow access.
  3. The assistant acts as you – with your role, your permissions and your display name.

Availability

The MCP server is part of the Unlimited plan, like webhooks and the Data API.
