What is the difference between Growth and Unlimited?

Growth costs $12 per month with 2 seats and adds unlimited articles, unlimited screen sharing, your own Help Center domain and no Whazzup note. Unlimited costs $25 with 5 seats and adds your own email domain, custom widget tabs, the rating badge, webhooks, the data API and CSV export.

Can I change my seat count later?

Yes. Increases are billed proportionally after confirmation. Reductions apply at the next available billing period.

Can I cancel or request a refund?

You can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. A full refund can be requested within 14 days of the initial purchase.
