Terms of service

1. Scope

These terms govern the use of the Whazzup support platform provided by EINSZWEIDREI Solutions UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Hochstraße 2, 56242 Ellenhausen. They apply to businesses (entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 BGB).

2. Services

Whazzup provides a web-based support platform with a shared inbox, knowledge base, website widget, team management and consent-based screen sharing. We continuously develop the product; features may change or be added.

3. Prices and free usage

The first 150 conversations in total are free of charge, with all features included. Beyond that, unlimited usage costs 19 € per month plus VAT.

Nothing is charged automatically and no account is switched off when the free amount is used up — we simply notify you and you decide whether to continue with the paid plan.

4. Term and cancellation

The paid plan runs monthly and can be cancelled at any time to the end of the current billing period. Free accounts can be deleted at any time.

5. Customer obligations

You are responsible for the content you process through the platform, for keeping access credentials safe and for complying with applicable law, in particular data protection law towards your own end users.

6. Availability

We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance windows are announced where reasonably possible.

7. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence as well as for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations and limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.

8. Changes to these terms

We may adapt these terms with reasonable notice. If you do not agree, you may cancel before the changes take effect.

9. Final provisions

German law applies. If you are a merchant, the place of jurisdiction is our registered office. Should individual provisions be invalid, the remainder stays in force.
